Will it go on smoothly and stay on my waterline? I need one that won't smudge because my eyes water a lot. Are there better brands? What are some good colors for blue eyes and blonde hair?

Ew.... I regretted buying Revlon Colorstay... well not that bad since i bought it BOGOF. HOWEVER,


it smudges! smudges! smudges!


i cannot believe the great reviews it get. really. blink once, blink twice, a panda is on the loose!


And when i tried to remove it, it stays on. it has both amazing staying and smudging power... hm.





I like Mac Fluidline for $15, stays in waterline forever till you remove it.


Also, Jane Be Pure Mineral for $6 !! it goes BOGOF sometimes in Walgreens.
