Also, I want to prevent breaking out as much as possible, so is it good for not clogging pores?

I use this product. They do 2 versions of it - one for dry skin and one for oily I think. I have found it to be good - I have stuck with it for a while now. I wanted a foundation that wasn't too expensive but that gave good coverage. My skin is combination - oily on the forehead but dry on the cheeks. I also have quite a few spots and this product is very good at covering them up but does not seem to have made them worse so I would not say it is clogging my pores.

If you have oily skin then liquid foundation isn't a good idea. I have used liquid foundation and it doesn't blend well with my skin. Powder foundation works really well with oily skin. If you can afford MAC, then get MAC studio tech foundation which is about $30. If thats too expensive try Covergirl or other brands you can get at drugstores which work just as well. I use NYC bare mineral loose powder which blends in perfectly and is very cheap. I think its about $5.00 or so. Check at your local drugstore or walgreens.

I've used this foundation for YEARS--and yes--does NOT rub off!! It's actually sweatproof too. ;) And it does cover very well and hides blemishes.
Another great foundation is Estee Lauder Double wear--just like Colorstay except even more perfect. Sold at the mall though.
